Our polymer jacket 38 special bullets are made from our cowboy alloy, Hardness is about 12 BHN. They have a polymer jacket(coating). Our bullet coating molecularly bonds to the bullet encapsulating it. The coating makes the reloading and shooting much cleaner. No handling raw lead bullets no sticky lube. No lead in your bore, less smoke compared with traditional lubed bullets. These bullets run great in bullet feeders.
